The first base of choosing the general constructor by building the new passengers airport system «Youzhny» had been finished in Rostov-on-Don. There were 54 building organization and 23 companies took interests and requested of participation tender to this project, 18 th of them passed qualify selection and had been invited to the negotiations. There were 3 European building companies, 5 Turkish companies, 3 chicness companies and 7 Russian companies. There will be concluding the agreement for installation and construction work with one of them like a general constructor of passengers terminal and the objects of service aria «Youzhny».
Lets us remember, the airport clearing of operation will be at the and of 2017 year- by this time it is planning to put into operation the buildings and facilities for technological process for servicing the passengers, cargo and mail, maintenances operations with the aircrafts and for household and participant needs. The project provides the domestic terminal with capacity 1.2 thousand passengers and per hour and the international terminal with capacity 800 passengers per hour. The total area of passengers terminal is 50 thousand of square miters, the common year capacity is 8 million. The project of airport complex got positive conclusion from GlavGosExpertise of RF in October 2014 year. The building of the new complex «Youzhny» foresees by the plan passing the championship FIFA World CUP in 2018 year.
