Flights to Popular Turkish Destinations Restarted from Platov Airport

Starting on August 10 regular and charter flights have resumed from Platov international airport (part of the Airports of Regions holding) to popular Turkish health resorts Antalya and Bodrum. Up to 13 daily flights are scheduled from Platov to Turkish resort destinations by four carriers: Azur air, Nordwind, Royal Flight and Urals Airlines.

The first flight departed from Antalya at 05:30 a.m., with 215 passengers setting out for recreation by Airbus A321 of Urals Airlines. Overall 9 flights departing to Turkey were scheduled for June 10.

Furthermore, AZUR Airlines performs regular and charter flights from Platov to Antalya and Bodrum by Boeing planes of various modifications including wide-body B767 jumbo jets as well as flights to Dalaman starting on September. Nordwind, Royal Flight and Urals Airlines perform direct charter flights to Antalya, including by long-range Boeing 777 jets operated by Nordwind.

On average, Platov has scheduled 73 weekly flights arriving from and departing to Turkey. The number of take-off and landing operations will reach 70 a day.
