As per Resolution No. 7 dated 18.03.2020 “On ensuring the lockdown regime for preventing the spread of COVID-19” by Chief National Health Officer of the Russian Federation, all foreign citizens arriving in Russia are to submit the results of testing for COVID-19 by PCR method, carried out not earlier than three days before entry.
Russian citizens arriving from abroad shall fill out a special form on the Public Services resource and then upload onto it the results of their tests for COVID-19 within three days upon their arrival.
All passengers of international flights, regardless of their citizenship, shall fill out special questionnaires on board the plane, which are then handed over to a territorial body of the National Consumer Health Watchdog within one day, depending on their final destination.
